If your pet has already been seen by a vet at Paws & Claws, and was prescribed medication, it may make life easier to request a repeat of their prescription using this form. Once the clinic has your prescription ready, a text will be sent advising it’s available for pick up.

Please note your pet will require a 6 monthly vet check for any ongoing medication to ensure their health and well-being.
